Easy Salad Dressing

A very dear friend of mine, who happens to be in her 80's, gave me this recipe awhile back. It was from her church's cookbook. It is so easy to make and tastes really good. I replaced the sugar with honey, and like it better that way. I have a salad dressing mixer/container from Pampered Chef that works great for storing this. Then I can mix it before I use it.

1/2 cup honey
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup vinegar
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp celery seed
1/2 cup olive oil

Measure all ingredients except oil into blender and blend well. While blender is running, slowly pour in oil until well mixed with the other ingredients. Store in fridge in suitable container.
